Over-the-top customer service and a GORGEOUS product, better even than described. After a total snafu on my part, Chasing Petals delivered to the wrong address. Notified, they retrieved and REDELIVERED it for me. I am so, so impressed with the service, communication and QUALITY of this company. I’m in awe and so grateful. Thank you!

Shay is amazing. Called her 15mins before she was closing for an emergency last min bouquet and she said no problem and delivered it right to my door the same day.

We just received our first order. From start to finish it was a 5 star performance. Shay was a delight to deal with throughout, taking the time to go through all the options and accommodating a specific location delivery. The arrangement arrived on time and was amazing. The flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. We were all taken by the wonderful fragrance when the package was opened.
